Neighborhood Update: Condos

During the past year, a total of 168 condominiums and 11 homes have been sold in Bay Harbor Islands. Of the condo sales, 122 were purchased within a price range of $250,000 to $500,000. The sales within this range ran an average price of $242 per square foot. Of the other 66 condos that were sold, 13 were sold at a price of 1 million dollars or more, with an average price of $560 per square foot.

Neighborhood Update: Homes

Regarding the home sales of the past year, 8 of these homes were sold within a price range of $950,000 to 2 million dollars. This gives the homes sold within this range an average price of $536 per square foot. Two of the other homes were sold within a price range of 2 to 4 million dollars with an average price of $697 per square foot, and the remaining home was priced at over 6 million dollars and $1,297 per square foot.
