Bay Point Homes

Bay Point is a private and exclusive neighborhood, mostly built in the 1940 to 1960’s, located along Biscayne Bay, between NE 41st and 50th St. in the City of Miami Florida. Bay Point has approximately 247 homes combining wide open bayfront homes on the east end, homes also line its various waterways as well as non-waterfront homes. The homes vary in architectural style from contemporary Florida style to ranch and the new built modern. The streets in the Bay Point neighborhood are privately owned by the households thereby access to the roads and waterways are restricted and exclusive to the residents and their guests. Each resident must pay yearly dues in order to maintain the streets and the areas 24 hours security.

Bay Point’s central location and strict security make it a very desirable neighborhood. Bay Point is close to downtown Miami, a short bridge ride away from South Beach, and a short few blocks walk away from the Design District. Also nearby are many of the Arts Centers, Museum, American Airlines arena and Museums along Biscayne Blvd, Wynwood Art District. North Bay Point is located in the Upper East Side neighborhood enjoying the vicinity to all the restaurants, and amenities of this neighborhood.

Bay Point is one of Miami’s few private single family neighborhoods, and it is by far its most centrally located neighborhood.
