David Solomon – $19,950 Million Dollar Waterfront Home Sale

I am proud and honored to call  David Solomon  my Associate and Team Member.  His determination, ethics and hard work are beyond reproach.  He just closed on the second most expensive deal for a single-family home in all of Miami-Dade County for 2016! The home sold for just under $20 million. David represented the seller of a truly unique and stunning property located on the highly-desired North Bay Road in Miami Beach.

The home, located at 2920 North Bay Road and custom built in 2013, boasts 12,881 square feet of total area on a 48,039 square foot lot with 170 feet of wide-bay waterfront. To put it simply, this was easily one of the most awe-inspiring properties available anywhere in Miami-Dade County.

In the article featured in the Miami Herald, David Solomon had some insightful words to offer to today’s sellers about the state of the 2016 luxury market.

“You can’t go off what the market used to be. You can’t go off the big numbers from last year. There are a lot of overpriced homes out there right now. If you want to sell, you need to really understand the market today and that could mean dropping your price.”

David assures sellers that the “buyers are still out there, but they are much more cautious and conservative. They’re not as impulsive as they used to be.”
