Esther Percal Team Member David Solomon represented the buyer in the sale of a waterfront lot located in Pinetree Circle this past week. 6455 Pinetree Drive Circle sold for $6,750,000, its asking price was $9,900,000 but was originally listed at $11,500,000 back in 2015. The property has a total of 27,860 sq.ft with 343 feet of wrap-around waterfront. The home sold for for about $240 per sq.ft which is higher than recent waterfront land sales in the nearby area.
“If this property had been listed at $7.5 million or $7.9 million, it could have been sold a long time ago,” David Solomon told The Real Deal. “There are so only many buyers in the market that are willing to take on a 10,000 to 13,000-square-foot home at the moment,” he said. Solomon also says that the buyer plans to build a brand new Modern home on the property. We would like to congratulate David Solomon on closing this deal.
