There are currently 500 condos listed for more than $2 million, of which 137 of these 500 are currently listed for more than $5 million.

These graphs below show that there were 135 Miami-Dade condos priced in excess of $5M for sale in the MLS on May 31, 2013.  As of June 30, 2013, there were 137 units for sale.

40 condos closed between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013 with prices greater than $5M, for an average of 3.3 units closed per month through the MLS over the past 12 months.  Based upon this current rate of sales,  there is 3 1/2 years of supply for condos >$5M.  Developer units not included in the MLS are in addition to these numbers, which means that the total of all available units in this price range may be considerably higher.
