Miami Beach 2018 Presidents Day Weekend

This Presidents day weekend is shaping up to be a memorable one. Two internationally recognized events will be taking place in Miami this weekend. From February 15-19 both the Miami International Boat Show and  Art Wynwood will be both taking place.

More than 100,000 boating enthusiasts are expected at the  Miami Marine Stadium Park & Basin starting  February 15th to  all to see the newest and trendiest  items in the world of boating.  More than 1,000 exhibitors are expected to use the 1 million sq.ft of show space. According to show officials the Boat Show will have a positive impact on the local economy with an estimated 6,000 jobs to be created, and will raise a woping $854 million dollars for the local economy. The show, located at 3501 Rickenbacker Causeway, starts Thursday, February 15th, and last until Monday, February 19th. It will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day. Admission for a single day ranges from $40 for Thursday to $25 for the rest of the days. Children 12 and under get in for free.

Art Wynwood has become the premier winter destination contemporary and modern art fair in South Florida, and offers the most diverse, affluent and culturally savvy international audience in the United States. Produced by Art Miami, the Art Wynwood fair will debut its seventh edition during Presidents Day Weekend, February 15 – 19, 2018, at the former Miami Herald site, which also is the new home of Art Miami and CONTEXT Art Miami, and welcomed 80,000 visitors during Miami Art Week 2017.  Art Wynwood will open on Thursday February 15.
