Hallandale Beach, which is simply known as Hallandale, is an area in Broward County, Florida, just north of Miami-Dade County. The city boarders the Atlantic Ocean and conveniently stops just shy of I-95 and wedged between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Hallandale offers a nice variety of luxury condominiums and waterfront and non-waterfront single family homes.
The highest home and condo for sale at the moment are a penthouse at 2000 Ocean for $8.9 million and a single-family home at 101 Holiday Drive for $6.4 million and has a total of 341 feet on the intercoastal waterway. In the recent years, the highest sales have been at the Trump Hollywood #3602 for $4.2 million back in June 2016 and, ironically 101 Holiday Drive for $4.1 million in August of 2017.
Hallandale is also home to the Gulfstream Park and Mardi Gras Casino, which has a plethora of fine restaurants and shopping, home to the Florida Derby and Pegasus World Cup, and a state-of-the-art casino. Aside from Gulfstream Park, Hallandale has many parks and activities for tourist and residents, whether they are full time Floridians or snowbirds. Due to its convenient locations in between both major cities, it is one of the fastest growing areas in Broward county.
