Surfside Homes

Once known as a sleepy Beach town, Surfside has emerged as a vibrant and exciting city. It all started on May 18, 1935 when Surfside was founded. The Town of Surfside was established by members of the Surf Club, a private and exclusive club in town where it was incorporated through the signatures of only 35 people. The Surf Club was originally built in 1930 and designed by architect Russell Pancoast for his friends, tire tycoon Harvey Firestone, and Miami Beach visionaries Carl Fisher, and Irving Collins. Today, the Surf Club with its original club house as its anchor, is now the modern and luxurious Four Seasons residence with onsite hotel. Another name brand, Fendi Chateau, featuring 58 exclusive oceanfront residences, is located just a few blocks away. There are great restaurants, shops, beaches, parks, and more in a small town setting. Your neighbor to the north is Bal Harbour with its world famous Bal Harbour shops minutes away.

The town of Surfside is 7 blocks long and has a population of about 6000 people. It has its own police department, mayor, and commissioners. In the center of town at 93rd and Collins, is the Surfside Community Center where residences can enjoy the beach, an Olympic size pool, water slides, a snack bar, a library, and meeting rooms. This family friendly town has it all!
