This past week has been a great experience for my team and I. After a weekend at the historic Fontainebleau Hotel for some amazing panels and discussions – even partaking as a speaker on one of the Sunday morning panels, I learned how valuable my brokerage’s affiliation with Luxury Portfolio really is.

Not only does Luxury Portfolio’s affiliation with EWM offer this expansive exposure for all of my listings, but they also have the statistics to prove that what they are doing works. In 2015 the Luxury Portfolio group was involved in more than $1M transactions, resulting in over $321B in annual home sales.
On Monday I was given the opportunity to showcase my listing 5050 North Bay Road listed for $33M to 100 members of Luxury Portfolio’s enormous network. I connected with top real estate professionals from Texas, California, Georgia, Switzerland, Germany and more. The Broker’s Open was a huge success, resulting in great relationships forged and interest in this beautiful home, by agents that mean business.
